Adilene Villegas serves as St. Paul’s Office Administrator, creating a welcoming space where families know they are cared for. With a background in education and student support, she brings warmth, compassion, and a genuine desire to serve every family who walks through the door.
Ms. Adilene is a wife, mom, and student. These are roles that have taught her patience, compassion, and the importance of showing up for others, she says. Family means everything to her, and she cares deeply about helping children feel supported, seen, and encouraged.

She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in school counseling because she feels called to advocate for students, help them navigate challenges, and be a source of encouragement as they grow academically, emotionally, and personally. This calling shapes everything she does in our office because she recognizes every interaction is an opportunity to support a child or family.
Like all staff at St. Paul, Ms. Adilene said the school’s faith-centered environment and the genuine care people have for one another is what drew her here. “It felt like a place where children are loved, families are valued, and faith is woven into everyday life,” she explains.
As Office Administrator, Ms. Adilene is located in the school office, where she assists families, students, staff, and helps to keep daily operations running smoothly.
“The office truly cares,” she says. “Behind every phone call, form, and question is a sincere desire to serve families well.” This isn’t just administrative work to her. Showing families they matter is both ministry and service.
Her approach to work and life is guided by Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” This verse sustains her in trusting that Christ provides the strength she needs for each day.

Outside of work, Ms. Adilene enjoys baking, spending time with her family, and supporting her children in their activities. “I love baking treats for others because it’s a small way to bring joy and show care,” she shares. Whether it’s a batch of cookies for the office or treats for a special occasion, baking is one of the ways Ms. Adilene lives out her commitment to serving others with love.
