I am thrilled to share our theme for the upcoming school year: Fierce and Faithful, grounded in 1 Corinthians 16:13-14: “Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. Do everything in love.” (NIV)

This theme captures exactly who we are as Lions and reflects the incredible momentum we’ve built together. Over the past year, our team has worked tirelessly to strengthen our school’s foundation — developing unity among our staff, building bridges with our church community, and creating systems that support every student’s success. Now we’re ready to roar.

Fierce speaks to the academic excellence and bold curiosity we expect from every student. We want our Lions to tackle challenges with courage, ask difficult questions, and pursue learning with passion. Whether it’s mastering multiplication tables or presenting in chapel, our students will approach their work with the strength that comes from knowing they are fearfully and wonderfully made in God’s image.

Faithful represents our unwavering commitment to Christ-centered education and to one another. Our students will learn to stand firm in their faith while showing consistent dedication to their studies, their classmates, and their community. This faithfulness creates the trust and safety that allows fierce learning to flourish.

Together, these qualities form Lions who lead — students who are confident in their abilities, rooted in their faith, and ready to make a positive impact wherever God calls them.

As we prepare for another remarkable year, I’m filled with excitement about what God has in store for our school family. Our students have never been better positioned to grow academically, spiritually, and socially. And remember — at St. Paul, you never have to choose between academic excellence and Christian values.
